Miha Hafner

Miha Hafner is Assistant Professor at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law and a researcher at the Institute of Criminology in Ljubljana. His research interests span accorss various issues of criminal procedural law. He is particularly interested in the intersection of cognitive sciences and criminal law decision-making and in the role of neursicence in criminal law in general. In ECLAN he acts as the Slovenian Contact Point.
