I am a professor of criminal procedure law with nearly 30 years of academic and research experience. My research primarily focuses on human rights in criminal proceedings, the right to a fair trial, evidence law, and the rights of vulnerable individuals, including victims. In addition to my academic work, I have served as a judge in the court of cassation for more than ten years, contributing to the development of consistent judicial practice in the fields of criminal law and criminal procedure. Throughout my career, I have also delivered lectures and training sessions for judges and legal professionals and have actively participated in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the judiciary.
