
Prof. Dr. Jolanta Zajančkauskienė is a researcher in the field of criminal procedure law with over 25 years of experience. Her research interests include the protection of vulnerable participants in criminal procedure, the use of coercive medical measures, and the analysis of specific offenses. Dr. J. Zajančkauskienė has published textbooks, methodological tools and more than 30 scientific articles on criminal procedure law. In addition, she has conducted and supervised commissioned research aimed at improving the efficiency of judicial and prosecutorial activities in Lithuania. Currently, she serves as Professor of the Institute of Criminal Law and Procedure at Mykolas Romeris University Law School.
