Robert Kert is Professor for criminal law and criminal procedure at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Head of the Institute for Austrian and European Economic Criminal Law at this University. His research focuses on white collar crime and economic criminal law, fiscal penal law, sanctioning law, European criminal law, administrative penal law and diversion. Robert Kert is contact point for Austria in the European Criminal Law Academic Network (ECLAN) and member of the ECLAN Management Committee. He is president of the Austrian Association of European Criminal Law.
