
Oskars Kulmanis has been a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law Sciences since the autumn semester of 2021. His academic work focuses on teaching criminal procedure courses in both bachelor's and master's study programs. In November 2023, Mr. Kulmanis defended his doctoral thesis titled “Legal and Practical Aspects of the Admissibility of Evidence.” Since 2020, he has been serving as an advisor at the Senate Department of Criminal Cases.
